DELIVERY & RETURN POLICY Effective Date: 10.07.2024 Last Update: 10.07.2024 This policy is prepared in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, Distance Contracts Regulation, and relevant App Store / Google Play rules.
1. Product Type Only digital services (subscription, AI summary package) are provided. No physical products.
2. Delivery Conditions When the purchase is confirmed, the subscription is activated instantly; the receipt is sent by email. If activation is delayed, notify info@babywallie.com and it will be resolved within 24 hours.
3. Right of Withdrawal, Cancellation, and Returns For digital services, the 14-day right of withdrawal can be used before delivery/activation starts. After activation, the right of withdrawal is excluded under local law. App Store / Google Play refunds are processed according to the policies of the relevant stores.
4. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation Subscriptions are automatically renewed. The fee is charged within the last 24 hours. To cancel, use the subscription menu in the App Store or Play Store. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds.
5. Refund Times Payment method: App Store / Google Play. Refund time depends on the store and bank processing times.
