Delivery and Return Policy

DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY Effective Date: 10.07.2024 Last Update: 10.07.2024 This policy is prepared by Nail Akdağ ("Developer") in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, Distance Contracts Regulation, and Apple App Store / Google Play rules.
1. Product Type Baby Wallie offers digital services only (mobile app subscription). No physical products are sold.
2. Delivery Conditions When the subscription purchase is confirmed, the digital service is activated instantly. The purchase receipt is sent by Apple or Google via email. If there is a delay in activation, please notify info@babywallie.com; the issue will be resolved within 24 hours.
3. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation • Subscriptions automatically renew. • The renewal fee is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. • Cancellation steps: — iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Baby Wallie > Cancel Subscription — Android: Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Baby Wallie > Cancel • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued.
4. Right of Withdrawal For digital services, after service delivery begins (activation), the right of withdrawal may be excluded under Consumer Protection Law Art. 15/ğ. Before activation, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
